BIOGRAPHY: Christian was born on Earth in the Oceania Trade Alliance (OTA) in 2221. He entered the services of the IBI (Internal Bureau of Investigation) in 2243 at the age of 22. He quickly raised in ranks but gave in resignation in 2259.
He started his own company, in alliance with the Im-Rehsa Technologies of the Brakiri Syndicracy, Brak-Earth Corporation. They specialise in bio-technology conversion. The corporation was brought before trial because of rumors of working on top secret projects under the Clark Administration. None of this was proved in court so the case was dismiss without prejudice.
Now Brak-Earth as set is eyes on Babylon5 and Mendoza is setting up shop, next to Ta'Ren's business...

Mendoza and BrakEarth acquired half of the shares to MarTar Enterprises from Mark Baggett when he ran for office in late 2264. This transaction coincided with the abduction of Ta'Ren by the mysterious Brakiri agent known only as "Dr. Robert", leaving BrakEarth in complete control of MarTar.BrakEarth soon transformed MarTar into MarTech, its R&D division.
After Captain Carlson freed Ta'Ren from the clutches of Dr. Robert in 2265, and the two rescued Enoch from a Shadow prison planet, the three embarked on a systematic campaign of sabotage against BrakEarth, meeting up with Mendoza at BrakEarth secret research station in former Dilgar space.
Mendoza managed to elude capture, and was mindwiped as soon as he reported to his master, Dr. Christopher Spears, on Thenotkh.
