NPC: Christian Mendoza

Played by Von Flores

First Appearance: Season 2, Episode 5: A matter of Honor

BIOGRAPHY: Christian was born on Earth in the Oceania Trade Alliance (OTA) in 2221. He entered the services of the IBI (Internal Bureau of Investigation) in 2243 at the age of 22. He quickly raised in ranks but gave in resignation in 2259.

He started his own company, in alliance with the Im-Rehsa Technologies of the Brakiri Syndicracy, Brak-Earth Corporation. They specialise in bio-technology conversion. The corporation was brought before trial because of rumors of working on top secret projects under the Clark Administration. None of this was proved in court so the case was dismiss without prejudice.

Now Brak-Earth as set is eyes on Babylon5 and Mendoza is setting up shop, next to Ta'Ren's business...

NPC: Avis Ames

Played by David Duchovny

Fist Appearance: Season 2, Episode 1: A Call to Order

BIOGRAPHY: Avis Ames is a terribly powerful and versatile Psi Cop. Posted by Earth on Babylon 5 to insure the station's safety for EarthGov in light of the ongoing problems with the Rogue Telepaths.

If Bester is arrogant and antagonistic, Ames is the face the Psi Corps wants to show the galaxy. He is nice, if somewhat withdrawn, but immensly empathic. This makes him all the more dangerous. He also seems to know a lot about Thomas Carlson, as if the knew him from somewhere before. He is assisted by Isabelle Lovegrave, the station's commercial telepath.

NPC: Dr Jonathan De Loisier

Played by Patrick Stewart.

First Appearance: Season 1, Episode 3: From the Shadows of the Past.

BIOGRAPHY: Jonathan De Loisier is a well versed Xenoarcheologist that collected an impressive array of Vorlon and Shadow artifacts under the banner of the IPX. He is considered the authority on those races for the Earth Alliance and can figure out how to operate almost any device related to bio-technology.

He broke off from IPX in 2256 to branch off on his own but maintained good working relations with his former employer. He took the opportunity to gain exclusive access to several restricted planets in the League of Non-Aligned Worlds and with the major governments of the Centauri and the Narns.

His research and his collection have been his major income to finance his expeditions to discover yet more artifacts of the First Ones. It was rumored that he got a good boost under the Clark Administration to help adapting bio-technology to elite forces but those accusations never reached court as they were dismissed from lack of proof.
